Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Start by getting a glass or ceramic bowl or plate for the mixture. Do not use plastic material.
  2. Next, start heating some water. The water does not need to be too hot. 80°F to 90°F should be sufficient.
  3. Pour in the Standard Layer Feed, then pour in the water until the Feed is covered. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Next, mix in the yogurt and vinegar. Make sure everything is well combined so the chickens don't pick and choose what they want to eat!
  5. Now the fun part! Watch the chickens eat the porridge happily and wipe their beaks excessively.

Notes

Make sure the yogurt has active live cultures, and make sure the vinegar has live cultures or "the mother" in it as well.

Make sure not to give your chickens too much yogurt or vinegar. This recipie is good for two chickens once per day.
